Steward multiple Information Technology assets to build a connected enterprise. Apply design patterns to develop and deploy middleware solutions. Help deliver enabling capabilities to simplify integration challenges, and move core data from systems of record to wherever the business needs to work. Help deliver Directory Services and Access Management capabilities to simplify authentication and authorization challenges. Apply Domain Design and Data Standards, and consult with other Business and Data architects to improve enterprise value delivery by reducing cost and risk. Help Teams deliver against broader strategies which cut across our organization’s Products and Platforms. Research and develop documentation on core concepts and capabilities to spread awareness of strategic and shared systems and data.
Empowered a small Development Team by helping build direct customer interactions, collaborate to choose new technologies and grow toolsets, and foster relationships with operations and support teams. Helped developers find ways to contribute from their skills, strengths and interests, and challenged them to think about good design and practices. Worked through differences in personality types and communication styles, looking for opportunities to challenge perspective and thinking to strengthen values.
